Psychology is the study of behaviour and mental processes
Students will learn to analyse both normal and abnormal behaviour and the related psychological, social, developmental and biological processes.
The program provides students with a good foundation in the scientific approach and the vast range of psychological concepts and applications. Students may select courses addressing topics such as child development, learning, cognition, memory, motivation, intelligence, personality, emotion, mental health, social psychology and psychological functioning across cultures.
Online courses are delivered by Laurentian Online through the Desire to Learn (D2L) online platform. Students must have reliable internet and computer access.
Students can order textbooks through the Laurentian Bookstore and submit assignments online.
Exams are delivered in an exam centre or with an invigilator near your place of residence.
